This famous venue, located in the bustling Hollywood and Highland area, can seat 3,400 people and is expected to fetch around $70 million in the sale, as sources suggest.

It's important to note that the Oscars will continue to grace the Dolby Theatre until 2028.

Back in 2019, Gaw Capital USA and DJM Capital Partners Inc. jointly acquired the Hollywood & Highland complex for $325 million, with plans to transform some of the retail spaces into offices.
